Ohio Wesleyan University held its 170th commencement ceremony May 11. The Ohio Wesleyan Class of 2014 included 390 spring, summer, and fall graduates, with 65 cum laude, 33 magna cum laude, and 20 summa cum laude honorees. Four students - Karli Amstadt, Alyssa Carothers, Jessica Martin, and Carolyn Thompson - graduated with perfect 4.0 grade point averages. Congratulations to OWU's newest alumni!

The following students have been named to the Central Penn College Dean's List for the spring 2014 term.

Students participated in the second session of summer orientation June 27-28 at Bob Jones University . Incoming students and their parents became familiar with the campus and attended informational sessions about the BJU experience including academics, financial aid and student life. Students were also able to receive academic and career counsel from faculty and register for their fall classes.

Bucknell University has released the dean's list for outstanding academic achievement during the spring semester of the 2013-14 academic year. A student must earn a grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a scale of 4.0 to receive dean's list recognition.

More than 680 students from Saint Francis University made the Spring 2014 Dean's List. To achieve Dean's List at Saint Francis University, the requirements are that the students must have full-time status and must attain a quality point average of at least 3.5 for the given semester.

A total of 491 Mansfield University students have been named to to spring 2014 Dean's List. To be named to the Dean's List, a student must attend the university full-time and attain at least a 3.5 GPA for the semester.

BW's premier capstone celebration, Ovation 2014, spotlighted the outstanding creativity, research and academic and artistic achievement of BW students. At a traditional Honors Award Ceremony which caps off the event, the following distinguished students were recognized with scholarships and awards.

Members of the Colgate University Class of 2014 received their diplomas May 19. CNN's Gloria Borger '74 delivered the commencement keynote. A total of 750 students graduated during Colgate's 193rd commencement ceremony.

Kutztown University has released the names of the 2014 Spring Semester Dean's List. The list includes 1,759 students. To be eligible for Dean's List, an undergraduate student must be registered for at least 12 credits and have a minimum grade point average of 3.60.

Lebanon Valley College's 145th Commencement Exercises May 10 graduated 523 students, who received their degrees in the LVC Gymnasium. The 416 graduating seniors were joined by 29 doctor of physical therapy candidates, 78 master's degree candidates, and 31 students who graduated in December 2013 and have now formally received their degrees.

Lebanon Valley College has announced its Dean's list recipients for the spring 2014 semester. Dean's list students must maintain a GPA of at least 3.4 out of 4.0.
